The ETA 2892 A2/DD is used because of it's very small dimensions. even with a chronograph module fitted, it is one of the smallest chronograph movements in existence.
It's a Breitling A44359 'Blackbird', which seems to have an ETA 2892-A2 with a Dubois Depraz big date module (4500 maybe?), and I'm stumped as to how to release the stem. Hublot modifies the baseline ETA 2892 with an integrated Dubois-Depraz module that powers the chronograph function. I found that Dubois-Depraz is manufacturing several minute repeater modules (DD 87, DD 89, DD 90, DD 94) which have equipped watches made by Kelek, Chronoswiss, Edox, Epos and Nivrel, to name just a few. The ETA 2892-A2 appears to be the preferred base movement to go with these minute repeater modules.
